Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s our return policy:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  
• Exclusions: Final sale items, customised orders, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns.
  
• Charges: A ₹99 return handling fee will be deducted per order.
  
• Defective/Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or wrong product, the return shipping charges will be waived. (We recommend taking a video while unboxing as proof in such cases.)
  

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  
• A ₹99 exchange handling fee is applicable per order.
  
• To make the process smoother, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing to help us verify any concerns quickly.
