MABA India is a registered trademark of Aadidev Trade International. When you visit our website or purchase something from our store, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms in this agreement. Any updates will be reflected on this page, along with the date when changes were made.

General Conditions

  • You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our products, marketing materials, copywriting, images, videos, or packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This may be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, or payment issues raised by our payment gateway providers.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website.

Collecting Data

When you buy a product from us, we store your name, address, contact details, and purchase information. This information may be used to fulfill your order, send you marketing updates via email/SMS/WhatsApp, and improve the user experience. All marketing communication will include an opt-out link to unsubscribe.

Pricing

We price our products with care and rarely make changes. However, we reserve the right to update product prices or discontinue items at our discretion. Any price updates will be reflected on our website, and discontinued products may no longer appear.

Delivery and Shipping

  • We offer shipping to most locations in India.
  • Products in stock are typically dispatched within one business day after your order is placed. If a product is out of stock, an estimated shipping time will be displayed before you place your order.
  • you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp Message with a link to track your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed due to external factors.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty and Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products and must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed in the form of store credits or sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges are permitted only for size disparities and must be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • A return order is ineligible if requested beyond 7 calendar days, or if the product is used or returned without original packaging. Unauthorized returns will be discarded or recycled without notice, and no exchanges or refunds will be applicable.
