Shipping Policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas.

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer free shipping for all domestic orders. Deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout. All orders are processed from our office/warehouse in Bengaluru, India.

Local Delivery

Local deliveries and pickups are available for customers in Bengaluru. If you require same-day, hyperlocal delivery, please contact us at ccare@maba.co.in or Whatsapp us at: +91 9845107794 -. Local deliveries are chargeable based on actual costs incurred.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, UAE, France, and the Netherlands. For international shipping to any other country, please contact us for pricing.

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MABA India is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they will be your responsibility as the customer.

If a customer refuses to pay these charges, and delivery is therefore not possible, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further details.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ccare@maba.co.in or WhatsApp us at: +91 9845107794 - with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
