Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, customized orders, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- It is always advised that you take a video of unboxing the package, so that we have a proof of defective/incorrect product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted solely for size-related issues and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. To ensure a smooth exchange process, the item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

Refund Mode: Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment only in cases of damage or defective goods. For all other cases, we issue refunds in the form of store credits only.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and any shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
