Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Exclusions: Items marked as final sale, customized orders, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

It is always advised that you take a video of unboxing the package, so that we have a proof of defective/incorrect product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted solely for size-related issues and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item. To ensure a smooth exchange process, the item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

Refund Mode: Refunds are processed in the original mode of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.

Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Please allow additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, final sale items, and any shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
