Shipping

We ship all orders within India and overseas through registered and trusted courier partners.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s our return policy:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Exclusions: Final sale items, customised orders, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns.
Charges: A ₹99 return handling fee will be deducted per order.
Defective/Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or wrong product, the return shipping charges will be waived. (We recommend taking a video while unboxing as proof in such cases.)

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
A ₹99 exchange handling fee is applicable per order.
To make the process smoother, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing to help us verify any concerns quickly.
